No photoshoot is complete without the right props.
Some pie fillings call for something a little more special than the traditional short crust. A "cookie" or Graham cracker crust has a few simple ingredients and is very easy to make. Filling ideas include lemon bars, ice cream pies, and cheesecake.
*If using gingersnaps or chocolate wafers or other sweetened cookies, omit the sugar.
If adding nuts, finely crush them and combine with enough “cookie” crumbs to make the basic 1-1/2 cup measurement.
