‘Date Night’ Boozy Brownie Truffles

Instructions

Truffle Balls

1. In a small container, add dried cherries and cover with Disaronno, and set aside
2. Prepare brownies according to box instructions and let cool completely.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add cooled brownies.
4. Add 1/3 cup of Baliey's Irish Cream and mix until well combined.
5. Spoon soaked cherries into the brownie mixture.
6. Drink excess cherry liquid or reserve for a cocktail later
7. Mix the ingredients thoroughly
8. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
9. Begin to roll brownies mixture into balls about the size of two teaspoons
10. Place rolled balls on the cookie sheet.
11. Place cookie sheet in the fridge and chill for 60 minutes or overnight.

Magic Chocolate Shell

1. In a microwave-safe container, add chocolate and oil
2. microwave for 30-second increments stirring each time until chocolate is fully melted
3. Dip the rolled brownie balls into the melted chocolate and cover evenly.
4. Make sure to let the excess chocolate drip into the container upon removal.
5. Place chocolate-covered truffles back on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
6. Repeat until all of your treats are covered
